19% of the total ALTRU tokens were allocated provide the inital token supply for the Altrucoin bonding system. Reserving a percentage of the initial token supply at the start will help prevent the need for minting in the bonding system.
ALTRU is a relaunch and merge of the previous Altrucoin and BankerDoge projects. 79% of the initial total supply of ALTRU was set aside to airdrop to ALTRUCOIN and BANKER holders.
1% of the total initial supply was set aside as protocol funds to be used for necessary business actions and improvements to the project. This includes future airdrops, funds to list on additional exchanges, and payment to fund upgrades and additional features.
